The Drift Estate is nestled into the grantie-rich, fynbos-covered slopes of a wise old mountain in the Overberg Highlands region of South Africa. Up here we farm in awe of nature. Like our organic vegetable, our olives and vines are grown as naturally as possible. From these happy groves, we handcraft tiny quantities of delicious and life-enhancing olive oil.
